Delivery
All our bicycles are fully boxed and delivered FREE OF CHARGE directly to your doorstep by a courier and therefore a signature will be required. All our bicycles require some assembly which should be able to be completed by the purchaser.
Approx 90 -100% is already assembled upon receipt, and has gone through stringent quality control checks by the manufacturer and/or wholesaler.
The assembly will vary from bicycle to bicycle, but usually is no more than inserting and tightening seat post, pedals and handlebars.
The customer is fully responsible for the assembly when applicable and checking the bicycle before riding. However we do strongly advise and recommend you ask your qualified local bicycle shop to assemble and/or complete a service within one month of riding if you are not confident in doing so yourself.
For residents living in the London area, we have partnered up with repair center “Bicycle Workshop” (COLLECTION ONLY) which is based in Hammersmith. “Bicycle Workshop” specialises in Dutch retro and cargo bicycles, as well as other types of bicycles of course. We refer to our PARTNERS header - Repair Center
NOTE: And dutch Limited is not responsible or takes liability for any faults or injuries sustained due to incorrect assembly of the parts by the customer.
NOTE: Exception to free delivery is our KiddiMoto Balance bike range, which has a delivery costs of £7.50 per unit.
Repair

Delivery Timelines
All deliveries are posted as soon as possible, and on confirmation and receipt of payment. However your goods are subject to availability. We endeavour to deliver your bicycle within 5 to 14 working days and accessories within 2 to 5 working days when in stock. We are not responsible for compensation for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply your goods within the timelines as aforementioned. We cannot guarantee the specific dates and times for delivery.
NOTE: Please allow for 3 additional working days when choosing for delivery & collection from our repair center partner "Bicycle Workshop" (standard delivery time lines 3-14 working days)
We will inform you within 24 hours if in the unlikely event we do not have your goods in stock. At this point you will be given the option to either; cancel, obtain a refund or place the initial order on back-order for a preset amount of time. Should we not be able to source your requested goods within the preset amount of time, then again you will have the option to cancel. Any payments made will be refunded.
Delivery Charge
All bicycles are FREE OF CHARGE and are being delivered from The Netherlands to your doorstep!
Exception: A very small delivery cost for the Kidddimoto balance bikes and accessories is applicable and will vary. We refer to your shopping cart for a more precise costing.
The delivery includes one failed delivery. If a third or more delivery attempts is required, the customer will be charged again upon each delivery. If you refuse your delivery for any other reason than damage, a charge of £40 on a bicycle + 10% of total amount spend on a bicycle and/or 30% of order total for accessories will be required for initial packaging and delivery costs. This amount will be deducted from any refund that you may receive.
Damage Claims
Please sign for your goods as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims for transit damage.
We CANNOT make insurance claims for transit damage more than 24 hours after receipt. If you find your goods damaged, please email us immediately and email photographs of the packaging and contents.
Damage claims will be dealt with on a case by case basis and we will do our very best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. For minor damage, replacement parts will be sent before a product swap. If the damage is substantial, and you have followed the procedure above, we will arrange for collection and either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund will be provided.
