DPD delivery service

After receiving your order; the bicycle or accessory will be shipped by our courier partner DPD to your address throughout UK (and other EU member states) and will arrive within 14 business days for bicycles and 2-5 working days for accessories. If a bicycle or accessory is unavailable or out of stock, you will be notified by mail or telephone. We cannot guarantee the specific dates and times for delivery.

We ship our bicycles and accessories within the UK (and other EU member states.) Shipping cost for sending a complete bicycle is FREE ( for accessories we charge a minimum fee of £4.99)

All our bicycles are for 95-100% assembled upon receipt and are fully boxed in a heavyweight shipping carton and delivered directly to your doorstep by a courier and therefore a signature will be required. All our bicycles require some assembly which should be able to be completed by the purchaser, and should not last more tan 5-10 minutes! EASY PEASY!

The customer is fully responsible for the assembly when applicable and checking the bicycle before riding. 

The delivery includes one failed delivery. If a third or more delivery attempts is required, the customer will be charged again upon each delivery. If you refuse your delivery for any other reason than damage, a charge of £40 on a bicycle + 10% of total amount spend on a bicycle  and/or 30% of order total for accessories will be required for initial packaging and delivery costs. This amount will be deducted from any refund that you may receive.

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Please sign for your goods as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims for transit damage.

We CANNOT make insurance claims for transit damage more than 24 hours after receipt. If you find your goods damaged, please email us immediately and email photographs of the packaging and contents.

Damage claims will be dealt with on a case by case basis and we will do our very best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. For minor damage, replacement parts will be sent before a product swap. If the damage is substantial, and you have followed the procedure above, we will arrange for collection and either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund will be provided.
