Returns

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order and to obtain a refund for the item purchased (other than in respect of goods especially made to order or to your specification, clearly personalised). You need to email us to do so.

NOTE: (Option only available for private individuals)

If you have contacted us to cancel before delivery of your goods, though your order will have been cancelled, normally delivery cannot be interrupted. Please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods or post them back to the manufacturer; in the meantime you must take care in ensuring that the item is in a re-saleable condition.

Before returning anything, for whatever reason, please ensure that you have informed us first. This should be done by email. If the manufacturer/wholesaler has sent you the wrong item they will be happy to correct their mistake and meet the costs for returning the item; however goods returned or incorrectly ordered by you under Distant Selling Regulations are not subject to delivery refunds.  

NOTE:

  • Please fill out the Returns Form (click here to download) and email to info@anddutch.co.ukWe will deduct a £5 administration fee of the total amount refunded

  • The item is to be returned in excellent condition and same packaging at your cost
  • Any reimbursement will be provided upon receipt of goods (Return addresses vary - Please contact us first) 
  • Any bicycle returns under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Distance Selling) will be charged at a considerably higher rate than our postage costs. (Including Free Of Charge products). 

NOTE:  

  • When using Bicycle Workshop as your postage option, please understand that you CANNOT return your bicycle under the "Consumer Selling Regulations", as the bicyle would have been taken out of its box and is being handled/worked on by Bicycle Workshop employees.

If you are returning goods which you feel are faulty and are claiming under warranty, please email us first. Upon communication with the applicable manufacturer/wholesaler, we will contact you with “what to do next” before the item is to be returned to the applicable manufacturer/wholesaler via courier for inspection, and if we concur that a genuine fault covered under the product warranty, the goods will be repaired or replaced free of charge and your postage costs refunded. If the goods are deemed to not be covered by any warranties they will be returned to you upon payment of return postage.
