Warranty
All bicycles and accessories come with warranty which are in excess of your statuory rights. Details will be contained in your delivery. In the event of a difficulty please contact us.
Should any original component prove defective in terms of material deficiency or workmanship within the warranty period, we will either replace or repair it free of charge. All claims must be submitted to us per email within the applicable warranty period. This guarantee does not cover the effects of normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. It does not cover off-road cycling. We strongly recommend before riding your bicycle or using your accessories that you read and understand fully any relevant information supplied.
Bicycle Maintenance
After several months of using a bicycle, a component or a part of the bicycle may have worked loose and/or may have caused damage to the bicycle. Firstly, please stop riding your bicycle if you even suspect something might be wrong.
NOTE: New Parts Always Work Loose
Please note that all our bicycles leave the warehouses having been built by experienced mechanics. Certain parts of the bicycle such as the bottom bracket are assembled and correctly tightened by the manufacturers before they leave their premises. The manufacturers check the bicycles before dispatch and make other adjustments however nuts and bolts and similar mechanical parts will work loose over a period of time. This means you must check them and tighten them as you go. This is especially true for NEW products and parts that normally go through a 'bedding in' period. However if you suspect a product is faulty – please don't hesitate to e-mail us.
